What is Needed?

To request proof of student’s free or reduced-price eligibility status, parents may email myschoolmeals@nv.ccsd.net.

Make Sure to Include:

  • Student Name
  • Student ID Number or Date of Birth
  • Schoo the Student Attends

How is the Letter Received?

Eligibility letters can be sent electronically to the email account used to complete the meal benefit application or the email address on record in Infinite Campus. Letters can also be mailed to the home address, but they only go out on Fridays and take about 5-7 business days for delivery. Parents may also contact 1- 800-819-7556 and leave a voicemail with the information, and a letter will be sent out.
